Add explanation/support for why an airdrop has failed

When the live KIT officially launches, the team may want to consider adding support that allows people/companies to see why an airdrop has failed.  If an airdrop to a user fails in the future, it'd be helpful to see the reason why, whether it was due to the wrong user name, a user no longer existing, a server issue, a KIT maitenance issue, an insufficient BT balance issue, et.

Also in the new api, when you try to airdrop to a user who is already airdropped and the airdrop flag is set to false then the error :
Error Code = UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY, Error Message = The request was good, but nevertheless could not be processed., Error Data = Param = airdropped, MSG = No users found to airdrop for the filters selected)
