OST offers two tiers of support for its Business and Enterprise Partners at no charge:

Business Tier. OST provides Business Partners with email support with a response time of 48 hours or less. OST also offers an online forum at https://gitter.im/ostdotcom/OST-Platform/ and a knowledge base containing answers to frequently asked questions at https://help.ost.com.  These tools both answer frequent questions and enable Partners within the OST Network to answer each others’ questions.

Enterprise Tier. OST provides qualifying Enterprise Partners* additional support from a Client Success manager or team member in its geographical region during normal business hours. If Partners need support outside of normal business hours, OST also provides 24-hour email access to additional Client Success team members to get answers to Partners’ most pressing questions.

* Any partner can enjoy enterprise-level support services for $5,000 per month.
